I'm so pleased with my purchase from Penybanc Car Centre. I've been looking for a mini for a number of weeks but did not want to buy online as I would prefer to see the car and drive it before committing. I received a first class service from Ceri and Nigel but never felt under pressure to buy. I put a £100 deposit on my car and was assured that it was fully refundable if I changed my mind. I knew this was the car for me but it was great to be able to take some time to be 100% sure as this was such a big purchase.I asked loads of questions, went on a test drive and was shown how to work all the functions but never felt rushed or an inconvenience. The whole process went smoothly with regards to setting up HP and the part exchange process. I’m really impressed with the service received. Thank you
