CS & AS Limited T/A Penybanc Car Centre are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products. In making these offers we act on the lenders behalf and do not act as an independent financial advisor. This means we will provide you with all the information you need on available finance products, but we will not give advice nor make a recommendation. 

We do not charge you a fee for our services. Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). A customer may ask for commission disclosure at any time from our initial discussions through to the point when their agreement is set live.

​For your reassurance, all of the lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates, but the commission we receive does not influence the interest rate you will pay.

Transport For London

Cars need to meet minimum emission standards when travelling in the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) or the daily charge must be paid.

Minimum emission standards

Petrol: Euro 4
Diesel: Euro 6

The ULEZ will be enforced based on the declared emissions of the vehicle rather than the age. However:
